Cinnamon Apple Butter Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

½ cup (125 mL) cinnamon apple butter, homemade or store-bought
8 slices multigrain bread
6 oz (180 g) Alfred Le Fermier cheese, sliced
1 apple, thinly sliced
8 slices cooked bacon
Butter at room temperature


Cooking Instructions

1. Spread cinnamon apple butter over slices of bread.

2. Divide cheese, apple and bacon among 4 slices of bread. Top with remaining slices.

3. Butter outside of sandwiches, and cook in a skillet on medium heat for 4–5 min on each side.

4. Cut grilled cheese in half and enjoy.
