Whole Wheat Pizza Dough


175 g Liberté Méditerranée Plain Yogourt
1 zest and juice of one lemon
45 ml Dijon mustard
30 ml French shallots, chopped
45 ml chopped chives salt and pepper to taste
1 large celery root, peeled
30 ml diced pickles
30 ml chopped capers
45 ml diced black olives

Cooking Instructions

1. Combine the Liberté yogourt, zest and juice of one lemon, mustard, shallots and chives.

2. Season with salt and pepper.

3. With a mandoline, cut the celery root into julienne strips and put into a large mixing bowl.

4. Add the pickles, capers, olives and yogourt mixture.

5. Mix well and adjust the seasoning.
