Focaccia & Roast Pork Sandwiches

Lamb Pita


1 pkg (185 g) PRESIDENT Spreadable Goat Cheese
1 tsp (5 mL) oregano, finely chopped
1 (8” x 6”/20 cm x 15 cm) focaccia bread
240 g roast pork, thinly sliced
1 small red onion, sliced
½ cup (125 mL) roasted red and yellow pepper strips

Cooking Instructions

1. In small bowl, combine cheese and oregano.

2. Cut bread horizontally in half then cut into 9 equal “buns.” Reserve 3 buns for another use.

3. Layer pork on bun bottoms using about 40 g of pork for each.

4. Spread about 2 Tbsp (30 mL) cheese mixture over pork.

5. Top with onion slices and pepper strips, dividing evenly.
