Milano Sandwich


¼ piece baguette
45 g San Daniele® Prosciutto, thinly sliced
60 g Bufala Mozzarella cheese, sliced
1½ tsp Mastro® Olive Oil
30g Arugula leaves
4 drops Mastro® Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

1. Split baguette lengthwise.

2. Arrange prosciutto and mozzarella slices on bottom half.

3. Toss the arugula with olive oil, balsamic and salt and pepper.

4. Place arugula over top of mozzarella.

5. Cap with top portion of the baguette, cut in half and serve.
