HT Sundried Tomato & Kalamata Olive Pasta

Pasta Siciliana


1 (1 lb) pkg pasta of your choice
1 (250 mL) pkg Sardo Sundried Tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 (250 mL) pkg Sardo Pitted Kalamata Olives, drained
2 Tbsp olive oil
Dried parsley flakes
Grated Parmesan cheese (fresh or pre-packed)
Salt and ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

1. Mix half a package each of Sardo Sundried Tomatoes and Sardo Pitted Kalamata Olives into a small mixing bowl with olive oil and a pinch of dried parsley flakes.

2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the pasta and cook until tender but still firm to the bite, stirring occasionally for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain in a large serving bowl.

3. Pour the sundried tomato and olive mixture into the pasta bowl and toss until the pasta is coated

4. Add grated Parmesan and salt and pepper to taste.
